Podio mobile app usability
The Podio app is a mobile version of computer-based project management software. It comes with a text-based chat window, a task manager, and access to all of your projects. The chat feature allows you to talk to other team members and get a progress update. If you need an update on a specific task or a team member forgot to update the task, the chat feature allows you to stay in touch with your team.
The task manager is a list of tasks that require your attention. The list is sorted into order of priority and can be rearranged if necessary. Examples of tasks include: reviewing a document, editing a video, and answering customer questions.
The Podio app allows you to access all of your projects. It features a tab for each project and a tab for your contacts. The tab for each project will display all task conversations and updates. The tab for contacts will feature all of the people on your team.
Podio is primarily a mobile application for project management on your phone. It primarily lets you connect with other team members and has a list of tasks and projects. It doesn’t have any special functions, and it primarily focuses on project management and task management.

Where can I see the operational status of Podio?
Podio’s operational status is available at http://status.podio.com/. You can subscribe from that page for real-time updates.
Can I send an email to/from Podio?
Sending emails into Podio
There are a few different options to get your emails into Podio. Check out these articles to learn about each one:
Sending emails from Podio
Premium organizations get access to GlobiFlow, which makes it possible to send emails from within Podio.
For Free, Basic, and Plus users, you can send emails to a contact using your external email client. We recommend using an Email field in your app for the most seamless experience.
Looking to track your emails in Podio?
If you tend to work with the same few people, then we recommend using the email to the item tool. You can CC the item in your email, then the conversation will be attached to that item in Podio.
If you work with many different people, then instead we recommend copy and pasting the entire correspondence into a comment in the customer’s item in our app. This gives you a chronological list of all communication between your team and the email recipient(s).
How do I change the currency in an app?
If you are using a Money field in your app, the default currency might not be the one you wish to use. You can change this to just about any other currency via the app template.
Simply modify your app template and find the Money field. From here you’ll see a box where you can select a new currency.
Want to change the currency in a report?
You can do this too! Simply edit the report by hovering your mouse over the title and clicking the wrench icon that appears, then “Edit”. You can modify the units used from here.

This is a good management app.
I like the Android version better than the browser version.
