There are no refunds, first red flag, can’t cancel your account via the app either. Software let’s you reserve and pay for rooms with a checkin date set in the past. Then blames the hotel for their buggy booking engine. Neither the hotel or I could understand support, they rambled on forever to try and sound smart but they were barely coherent.
Disappointed after current trip. Ive aways liked the app, but will never use it again after this experience.

Love this app! It’s a really worthwhile service for travellers. I’m fond of the fast and smart way to search appropriate accomodation. There are many comfortable and cheap propositions in the base. All the places I’ve stayed at were reliable, matched the site’s description and fullfilled the offered conditions. Excellent possibility for those who wants to save money and find a nice apartment for trip!

The booking.com mobile app is amazing because it lets me book hotels without having to call the companies and take time out of my day to do it. I just click through the app, and it’s easy to find the best deals. The app also has reviews for the hotels as well as the ratings of the hotels from booking sites, which can be very helpful to know if your looking for a place to stay.
So far I have found this app to be very useful. The app features well-known sites and accommodations in the area the user is searching. It also includes reviews, which is a good thing because they have opened up my understanding of different locations.

It’s so easy to switch to hotels and it tells me a little about the place to give me more information before I book my reservation. It also tells me if there is a pet friendly option and what the price difference is if I want to stay with a pet. It’s a really useful app.
